We recommend:

• Do not wash products from Uppochner at more than 30 degrees.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not iron over prints/embroidery.
• Do not tumble dry the garment.
• Enamel mug and water bottle are hand-washable only.

We produce and ship your order within 5 business days. Sometimes it takes longer during holidays or high demand.

Some products are shipped separately from others and arrive in their own package. If you are missing a product from your order, keep an eye on your order confirmation and tracking number :)
