General Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below apply to purchases on www.uppochner.nu and its subpages. By ordering from our webshop, you accept that the terms and conditions apply between you and Tidy Merch AB.

We reserve the right to any final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and any typographical errors on our site. We strive to ensure that our product images reflect the product as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products, e.g. we cannot guarantee that the proportions and colors shown on uppochner.nu accurately reflect the proportions and colors that the garments have in reality. How the colors are reproduced depends, for example, on your screen, your graphics card and the settings in your computer.

Prices and Payment Methods.

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor.

You can pay for your purchase through Swish or through Billmate Checkout which offers a range of payment methods. For more information about Billmate see their website www.billmate.se

Shipping and delivery.

We accept all orders in the order they come in to us.

Your order will be delivered with Postnord or DHL.

Normally you will receive your goods between 2-6 working days after we have received your order. During certain times, such as public holidays or peak season, delivery may take longer.

Buybacks and exchanges.

We of course hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you should change your mind, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal within Sweden according to the Distance Contracts Act.

You have a full right to return and exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that you have not used the item and that it is returned in an undamaged/unopened condition. All tags and labels must be attached and the item must also be returned in its original packaging. Take care of the item, fold it carefully and package the unused item well before returning it.

The item must be returned undamaged and in new condition.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Once your order has been shipped from us, we waive the right of withdrawal, as your order is produced individually after ordering.

Goods that are specially manufactured according to the consumer's wishes or that have a clear personal touch.

When returning or exchanging goods, you pay the return shipping cost yourself.

Faulty product.

If you discover a defect in the product and want to make a complaint, please contact us at webshop@tidymerch.com before sending the product back. This is so that we can help you in the best way. It is important that you write down/have access to both order numbers so that we can help you more easily. In the event of a defect in the product, we will also reimburse you for the return shipping.

Refund.

You as a customer have the right to a refund in the event of a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day we receive your message. However, you as a customer may have to wait until the goods have been returned or until you as a customer have provided proof that the goods have been returned, or whichever comes first. Refunds are only made by deposit into a bank account or crediting an invoice, not in cash.

Personal data.

All personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. that you submit in connection with your order is primarily for us to be able to carry out the purchase in the best possible way. Your information will not be disclosed to anyone other than the third parties needed to complete the purchase and delivery.
